spy plane could not have caused collision

The Chinese fighter jet caused the collision. He was a cowboy - trying to show off. The spy plane was flying on auto-pilot!!! Accusing the spy plane of attacking the jet is like saying that a cart pulled by a donkey rammed into a ferrari! It doesn't make any sense. Use your heads and think about it!!!!!!
