If china is agressiv, then only because people like you made her so. Since the founding of the peoples republic, USA and many other countries keep looked at china as an enemy, even russian has conflicts with china, china can only rely on herself. So it is normal that the xenophobia to foreigners raises in China. You have never looked at China as a friend, of course China wont be friendly to you.
Today there are economic coorperation between China and USA (also other countries of course.), however, China can make profits form such coorperations, but it doesnt mean that USA really want to help China, they only want to make money with china. In reality they want to make china weaker and weaker, so China wont ever become a threat to them, but they can only gain the opposite with their methodes.
The situation of China and the world around her hasnt changed much since the second worldwar (or before since china was humiliated by foreigners) in reality.
So still, China can only rely on her own people.(at least on the chinese people in China mainland).
China will get the help. (at least from me).
