• How to Place an Ad 
1. Go to the Post Ad page. Select ONE best category, i.e., Accounting, Administrative, etc..
2. Continue to fill out the required fields and press "Preview Job Ad" button.
3. Remember to double check your E-Mail address and make any change before you press the "Click To Place Your Ad" button.
4. To do the changes, use the browser "Back" button to return the the previous page.
5. A copy of your Ad will be sent to you within minutes.

7. Your ad must meet the following guidelines: 
• You will not post false ads. 
• You will not post duplicate ads (same copy for several times). 
• You will not post ads placed in the wrong categories or areas.

• How to Submit a Photo / Company Logo 
1. For advertisers that want to place their company logo or other photo, graphic on their Ads, please contact . 

• Viewing, Changing, Renew, or Deleting a Job AD 
1. You can Edit, Renew or Delete your Advertisement any time prior to the expiration date. To Edit, Renew or Delete your Advertisement, please visit Job Bank.  

AD Number / Password

• Why we have to keep the Ad Number and Password
1. The given Ad Number and your private password is for you to edit, renew or delete your Ad in the future. 
2. If you don't need to make any changes, your Ad together with the password will be deleted once expired.

Password Problem 

• What if I forget my Ad ID or password?
1. To find your AD, try search using keywords. 
2. To retrive your password, please use the "call ID" page.
• For Advertiser, click here to retrive your AD password.

• Why can't I find my ad? 
1. Your AD could have been:
• Expired
• Deleted by Job Center

• What happens to my current Ad when I change or renew my Ad?
1. Your previous AD will be deleted when you Edited, Renewed your AD. 
2. A new ID / Ad Number will be created to place your AD on top of all others.
