Our client with their Thailand office based in Bangkok is one of the world leaders in intelligence solutions, focusing on analytical CRM for enterprise, especially in the Banking, Insurance, Telco and Manufacturing industries in Thailand
Due to aggressive expansion, currently looking for a high professional individual to join the company.
Responsibilities :-
Leads the consulting team in the country to develop and successfully implement appropriate solution strategies to met the unique needs of the client
Provides a high level of customer satisfaction as well as to generate revenue and/or to reduce costs and time.
Build and maintain a profitable Consulting business aligned with sales, alliances and global and AP guidelines.
Ensures that consulting services are delivered by performing project management activities, monitoring milestones, troubleshooting and being available when client wants higher management involvement
Develops staff & support offering to ensure internal & external customers receive the highest standard of technical support
Qualifications:
Strong Project Management background involved particularly in Business Intellegence/ DW, also current or previous presales experience is an advantage.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the IT environment, experience in consulting is preferable.
Strong leadership skills, communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to be hands on in the delivery of BI Projects when needed.
Ability to communicate and develop relationships across all levels of the organization and cross culturally.
Strong business and industry knowledge to better understand client’s requirements and identify opportunities.
