With the establishment of our Shanghai subsidiary as our global outsourcing centre, we are recruiting high caliber candidates who can grow with our China operation from the ground up. We have created a 1.5-year traineeship program which integrates work and training across Shanghai, Singapore and Australia, for those candidates with the following attributes:
1. Bachelor/diploma holders of any discipline
2. Preferably up to 2 years of work experience in any industry or function (fresh graduates with good results would be considered)
3. Strong desire to enter the IT/management consulting industry
4. Interested in working in areas of software development, e-business, knowledge management, e-learning, IS management and strategy, information security and ERP systems
5. English proficiency of IELTS 5.5 or above
6. Good communications, team work and analytical skills
7. Strong work ethics
8. Honest, humble, diligent and smart
9. Proficient in MS Office applications
10. Willing to participate on a self-funded basis in an in-house, corporate MBA conferred by a reputable business school
