1.Speak and write english and japanese
2.Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR operations (hospitality industry preferred)
3.to be based in Japan
4.to be able to handle, payroll recruitment, perfomance management (season performance evaluations)
5.Familiarity with the Japanese HR practices and law
6.Preferably single
7.Good working knowledge of computers
