Our client a major regional listed player in the logistics, value chain and manufacturing industry is seeking applications for a Country Manager to be based in Japan or Korea.
Job Requirements
To provide leadership in identifying, implementing and executing action plans to achieve strategic business objectives.
To lead and spearhead initiatives to build up strong relationship with customers, suppliers and various business partners.
To manage and develop staff to equip them with the skills required to deliver business results.
To ensure internal and statutory compliance of the company’s operational procedures and policies.
Candidate’s Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 7 to 10 years or working experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment with at least 3 to 4 years at a managerial level.
Good command of spoken and written English and in Japanese or Korean.
Possess good leadership qualities and be able to guide and motivate staff.
Must be a committed individual who possess an analytical and creative mind with long term vision.
Familiar with MS Office tools
