For the new planned expansion into the south east Asian market we are looking for:
COUNTRY MANAGER THAILAND
( REF. # : TND119 )
Key Responsibilities
• Responsibility for creating new company and
preparation for entering the Thai market
• Responsibility for management of the company
• Budgeting and planning
• Responsibility for hiring start
• Responsibility for all business activities
• Reporting progress to the company management
• Negotiating with Ministry of labour and
social affairs
• Building up the company network
• Budgeting and planning
Required Qualifications and Experience
• University degree
• Relevant work experience in Human Resources or
in adequate position for min. 5 years
• Previous experience with performance management
and managing min. 10 employees
• Well developed communication skills and
fluent English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Dedicated to high quality deliverables
• Experience with budgeting and planning
• Very good knowledge of Thai labour market
• Experience with active business activities
toward custommers
• Experience in diagnostic, analytical and
consulting tools will be an advantage
• We do prefer very strong, leading, loyal and
hard working person who wants to work independent
and learn new things.
