-To develop and maintain the standard document and training concept
-To provide training management services
-To supervise the training coordinator the training administrative tasks
Qualification:
-Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education (preferably related to Computer or IT)
-Possess minimum2-4 yrs experience in Training Management and Development coupled with knowledge of financial planing and financial statement analysis
-Excellent command of spoken and written English
-Good computer literate (MS Office) and preferably posses knowledge of Business Applications such as SAP,etc.
-Posses interpersonal,communication and presentation skills
-Being independent worker who thinks expansively and able to effectively cope well when under stress
-Willing to travel up-country and overseas
