We are seeking a Standards Engineer for our division specializing in the distribution of fasteners and small components to OEMs. The successful candidate will work closely with the bid and proposal team, Quality Assurance, and many of our key customers. You will be recommending quality/cost-effective fastener application solutions for their our product lines. You'll also work on critical quality issues and problem resolution with Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, and other customers served by us.
We are looking for candidates with a BSME as well as fastener experience in aerospace field. The successful candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be a versatile communicator and work effectively under pressure. The position will be based in the Chatsworth, California office and require 20-30 percent travel.
