We are looking for few Korean Speaking Telemarketer for our client, an American MNC. Please find below the details.
Job Title : Telemarketer (Korean Speaking)
Location : Penang, Malaysia
Telemarketer (Korean Speaking)
Duties :
•To promote and sell services to corporate as well as small and medium size companies over the phone
•To achieve targets set by the company by developing new and existing accounts
•To attend incoming phone enquiries
•Coordinate with the Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Managers to ensure growth of revenue
•Identify business opportunities and improve sales revenue
•Prepare customer Inventory Report and Quotation
•Highlight issues and questions faced by customers and script to overcome
Education & Experience
•Must be able to communicate in Korean fluently, English is a plus
•Interpersonal and Communication skills over the phone
•Degree in Marketing
