Technical Support Specialist with Server experience (Thai Speaking).
Degree in Computer/ Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience providing direct support to end-users either in Customer Service/Field Engineering or corporate help desk. Possess broad knowledge of software, hardware and networking technologies.
Must have Experience in the following :
1)Normal Server.
2)Storage Server.
3)SAN(Storage and Networking).
4)Network Operating system
Able to speak, read and write proficiently in Thai and English.Speaking Bahasa Malaysia would be an added advantage but not a must.
