We are looking for few Korean Speaking Telemarketer for our client, an American MNC. Please find below the details.
Job Title : Telemarketer (Korean Speaking)
Location : Penang, Malaysia
Telemarketer (Korean Speaking)
Duties :
• To promote and sell services to corporate as well as small and medium size companies over the phone
• To achieve targets set by the company by developing new and existing accounts
• To attend incoming phone enquiries
• Coordinate with the Inside Sales Representative and Business Development Managers to ensure growth of revenue
• Identify business opportunities and improve sales revenue
• Prepare customer Inventory Report and Quotation
• Highlight issues and questions faced by customers and script to overcome
Education & Experience
• Must be able to communicate in Korean fluently, English is a plus
• Interpersonal and Communication skills over the phone
• Degree in Marketing
