We are an international Information Technology (IT) company, with focus in providing Software Solutions, Software Products/tools, Software Consultancy and Out Sourcing. We are looking for the following candidates for our client -an American MNC in Malaysia.

1) Technical Support Specialist (Thai Speaking)

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical telephone support to customers in regards to desktops & notebooks. Able to work on Public Holidays due to the job nature of supporting Asia Pacific.

Requirement
Degree in Computer/ Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience providing direct support to end-users either in Customer Service/Field Engineering or corporate help desk. Possess broad knowledge of software, hardware and networking technologies. Able to speak, read and write proficiently in Thai and English.

START DATE : 20 JULY 2003
Contract Period : 2 YEARS
Location : Penang, Malaysia
