Requirements:
A) Java Developers
1) Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in design, development, application deployment of web-based application systems.
- Hands-on experience on J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java) on Win2K and Unix Platform. C++, VB and ASP experience will be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge in Oracle and/or DB/2 relational database.
- Good UML or OO experience (or Good understanding of various Java design patterns).
- Experience in Websphere 4.0 or Weblogic Application Server.
2)Good inter-personal and communication skills.
3) Chinese Speaking.
4) Available within 2 weeks.
B) Senior Java Developers / Team Leader / Architect
1) Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
2) At least 4 to 6 years relevant experience in analysis, design, development, application deployment of large scale Java centric application systems (preferably with at least 2 Full SDLC experience).
3) Extensive hands-on experience on J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 on Win2K and Unix platforms. C++, VB and ASP experience will be advantageous.
4) Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server.
5) Good UML or OO experience is an added advantage.
6) Other technical experience such as Lotus Notes and Crystal Report are beneficial.
7) Able to work as a team and independently (with Team Lead quality).
8) Good inter-personal and communication skills.
9) Chinese speaking.
10) Available within 2 weeks and able to travel on short notice (not frequent and mostly short trips).
Job Duties:
1) To study, analyze, design and develop Internet based Applications or business systems. Those with at least 4-6 years of working experience are expected to lead a team of software engineers.
2) To work closely with local and overseas users on their requirements.
3) To test and document the systems.
4) To conduct end-user training.
5) To maintain and support the systems.
6) To manage clients/vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications
