Our client (a Foreign Multinational Company) has an immediate contract opening (for about 4 to 5 months) to support their users and corporate customers in KL and Johor Bahru. BASIC DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Assists in the support and maintenance of Client’s transportation application in a geographically defined area.
2) Conducts re-currency training for existing Automation Customers.
3) Provides administrative support to regional customer technology organisation. Prepares basic analysis reports and ensures customers are in receipt of required office software supplies.
4) Conducts continual monitoring and follow up with sales and customers on non-communicating software solutions that have been implemented, to minimize resolutions at customers premise that do no interface to our operating system.
5) Records hardware/software problems and refers them to appropriate personal for repair.
6) Performs removal of automation software solutions.
7) Supports and implements automation software with internal user departments.
8) Maintains local records on hardware and software deployment.
SPECIAL NOTES
The incumbent of this position is expected to perform all other related duties as when required or assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
1) Diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent.
2) Good understanding of Personal Computer Technology (including MS Operating Systems and MS Office products).
3) Strong written and verbal skills, must be fluent in English and the local language.
4) Posses a valid driving license and a car.
5) Customer oriented person.
