LOCATION: US - MO- Missouri - Wildwood
INDUSTRY: Medical Device
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for biomedical or mechanical design engineers with at least four years experience, involving hands-on design of anesthesia equipment or related subsystems, such as vaporizers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified individuals will have opportunity to advance into R&D leadership role in this startup organization, as well as own significant equity in the company in addition to compensation. The candidate must require minimum supervision and be capable of interacting with customers and other disciplines. This person should be able to design and execute experiments to validate the design.
REPORTS TO: The candidate will report to the vice president of R&D.
SUPERVISES: n/a
EDUCATION: This position requires a minimum of 4 year degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT: Experience with FDA design control procedure and anesthesia equipment standards is advantageous.
AMOUNT OF OPENINGS: 3 - Direct Hire
BENEFITS: Salary plus bonus, insurance, tuition reimbursement, equity
SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - 50,000
