Job Description
To provide expert technical support to area maintenance engineers.
To diagnose, analyse and carry pout root cause failure analysis, highlight reasons for equipment failure and advise on remedial measures to avoid failures.
To enforce the implementation of the company health, safety and environment management system(HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel
To identify equipment requiring improvement and modification, prepare scope and implement changes with available resources.
To arrange vendor support for resolving complex problems not identified by local sources
To coordinates and prepare annual operating and capital budget proposals, as well as 5 years business plan
To review status and follow up on requests associated with capital and Extra Ordinary maintenance items
To supervise and execute extra ordinary maintenance work orders with vendor of first line maintenance assistance.
To maintain and updates a centralised control system failure report files and analyses data and recommended solutions for abnormal and repeated failures
To ensure maximum utilization of the Maximo CMMS SYSTEM for equipment history and analysis data.
To ensure implementation of competency based training & development programs, trough use of personal development plans (POPÕs) and UAE Nationalization directives.
