We have immediate requirements for at least 5 System Operations Supervisors for our major clients. Requirements :
1) Diploma Holders with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience; Fresh Diploma Holders are welcome to apply.
2) At least 1 to 2 years of AS/400 working experience. Some experience on other platform like Tandem, Vax/VMS, Mainframe, NT or UNIX will be beneficial.
3) Strong tasks management and supervisory skills.
4) Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5) A keen and fast learner with good working attitude and initiative.
6) Resourceful team player with good communication and inter-personal skills.
7) Foreigners in Singapore (especially Malaysians and Filipinos) are welcome to apply.
Job Duties :
1) Executing online/batch processing and ensuring completion of tasks on schedule in accordance with set priorities.
2) You will also be required to perform problem diagnosis, work with support specialists in problem resolution, ensure proactive monitoring of system performance with monitoring tools and implement prompt corrective action.
3) You will also be required to supervise a team of system operators during your shift schedules.
Note: Must be able to perform rotating shift duties. You must be willing to be trained to take on more responsibilities so as to grow with the organization.
