We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team to work at a Foreign Multinational Company. Basic Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
At least 6 to 12 months of working experience on PC Hardware, MS Win 9X / Win2K, MS Win NT Workstation and/or Standard Software (MS Office, Anti-Virus Software, Browsers, Outlook, etc). AS/400 and Lotus Notes experience will be beneficial.
Experience on BMC Patrol, Netview, SNA and TCP/IP will be beneficial.
Excellent communication (especially telephony), inter-personal and written skills.
Customer and service oriented.
Able to engage with the users on their problem resolution.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Possess positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.

Job Duties
Provide end-user telephone and on-site support on in-house applications and standard PC and notebook problems.
Logging of helpdesk calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions.
Trouble-shoot PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation, Win 2000, Standard Software, MS Outlook and Office, Lotus Notes Clients, In-house Applications, Browser problems, TCP/IP, etc.
Adhere to the Helpdesk and End-user Support Service Levels at all time.
Able to lead a team (on-rotation basis).
