Elope Inc. is a well-established wholesale company located in Colorado since 1992. We specialize in costume hats and glasses and have substantially grown in the past few years. Elope is well recognized and highly regarded in the industry for our outstanding customer service and product quality. We have very close relationships with our clients. In addition, our clients are also found in Europe, Australia, Japan, and Canada. Most of our products are manufactured in Asia and imported to our warehouse in Colorado for distribution.

Due to the fast growth we have been experiencing, Elope is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, assertive quality controller and factory coordinator to join and grow with us. This person will work at our factory in Guangzhou Hua Du, China and report to our office in USA.
The job responsibilities:
· Quality inspection for every shipment
· Researching potential suppliers
· Sourcing new materials and researching market trends
· Working closely with our factory managers to improve operation
· Assisting in new product development
· Working as a liaison between our factory and the headquarter in USA

The job requirements:
· Knowledge and experience in quality control, factory management or process improvement
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
· An outstanding team player
· Travel and visit suppliers and factories frequently
· Must be comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
· Windows based computer environment and MS Office proficiency
· Photoshop or other graphic design software knowledge is a plus
