1. Team Leaders
Aware of SDLC processes. Should be able to handle function/unit level designing. He should be comfortable with Rational Rose or some other UMS/case tools. Good command over JAVA (JSP, Servlets, Java Beans and EJBs) & Oracle.
Should have an experience of atleast 3 years and above in the above technologies and working in big teams.
2. Senior Developers
Aware of SDLC processes. Good command over JAVA (JSP, Servlets, Java Beans and EJBs) & Oracle.
Should have an experience of atleast 1.5 years and above in the above technologies and working in big teams.
