Requirements :
1) Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
2) At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in analysis, design, development, application deployment of Java centric application systems.
3) Extensive experience on J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), DB/2 and/or MS SQL Server. Good UML or OO experience.
4) Experience in Websphere Application Server. Silverstream, Weblogic or iPlanet experience will be beneficial.
5) Other technical experience such as VB, ASP, ColdFusion, Crystal Report are beneficial.
6) Good inter-personal and communication skills.
7) Able to work as a team and independently (with Team Lead quality).

Job Duties :
1) To study, analyze, design and develop Internet based Applications or business systems.
2) To work closely with Overseas Users on their requirements.
3) To test and document the systems.
4) To conduct end-user training.
5) To maintain and support the systems.
6) To manage clients/vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications
