We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team to work at a Foreign Multinational Company. Basic Requirements :
1) At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience as a Helpdesk or Desktop Supervisor. Must be technical on PC Hardware / Notebook, MS Win 9X / Win2K, MS Win NT Workstation and/or Standard Software (MS Office, Anti-Virus Software, Browsers, etc).
2) Experience supervising a team of Helpdesk or Desktop Engineers.
3) Lotus Notes, Crystal Report and/or AS/400 experience will be beneficial.
4) Good communication (especially telephony), inter-personal and written skills.
5) Customer and service oriented (Patient listener).
6) Able to work in fast paced environment.
7) Able to work independently and in a team.
8) Posses positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.
9) Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
10) Immediate availability and willing to work on long term contract position.
Job Duties :
1) Supervise a team of Helpdesk-On-site Engineers and handle difficult situations.
2) Provide end-user telephone and on-site support.
3) Logging of helpdesk calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions.
4) Generating of Helpdesk and Management Reports. Maintaining the reports as when necessary.
5) Trouble-shoot PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation, Win 2000, Standard Software, Lotus Notes Clients, In-house Applications and Browser problems.
6) Adhere to the Helpdesk and End-user Support Service Levels at all time.
