The requirements and job duties are :
a) At least 5 years IT working experience.
b) Singaporean.
c) Proficient in Powerbuilder, Visual Basic, Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, Javascript & ASP.
d) Good SDLC experience.
e) Good communication and inter personal skills.
f) A diploma / degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
g) Immediate availability.
Job Duties
1) To study, analyze, design, develop, document and carry out testing of the application programs.

4) To work closely with vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications
