Main Purpose:
To provide technical sales support and project/application/customer management to a defined range of customers, through all stages from enquiry inception to sales order processing.
Key tasks.
To communicate, monitor, plan, manage and service defined customer accounts and territories and all aspects of customer development.
Adopt a proactive approach to customer issues and in a timely manner.
Ensure customers are visited as required and report on such visits.
Identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
To become technically aware or tolerance rings and their applications.
Requirements.
Mechanical engineering background
Automotive experience desirable
Customer focused
