Requirements:
Lead Engineer:
Position involves analysis of requirements,design development,work break down,estimation,guide the team members.
Competency in Java,JSP,Requirement Analysis,iPlanet Portal Server,LDAP,Java Mail API (POP3,IMAP,SMTP),WAP/WML,Projects related to Messaging.
Experience required is 5-7 yrs.

Position will be based in Bangalore and expected to be willing to travel at short notice to Chennai, Chicago and other locations. Need to be a good people motivator to lead young engineers and build their careers. This skill is a must. Telecom domain experience is a must. Speciality areas we are looking for - VOIP,Softswitch,UMS.
Must have a total experience of 7-15 yrs.

Skill Sets are: Wireless Domain (GSM,CDMA,UMTS),Network Management(SNMP,CMIP),SEI CMM/ISO 9000,Unix/Linux/Windows,Estimation experience,C/C++.
Quality Assurance Professionals: Experience of ISO 9001 and SEI/CMM concepts.
