Job Responsibilities:
·Team manager, hiring and supervision of local staff
·Management of the site operations (kitchens, cafeterias, housekeeping, laundry and storage)
·Budgeting and cost control, food stock management, quality control
Requirements:
·Minimum 5 years of hotel or catering management.
·Experience in the catering industry on oil & gas, construction site or other related projects in emerging markets
·Working experience in similar positions and preferably in Asia or emerging countries
·Result-oriented, interpersonal sensitivity, leadership as well as strategic thinking and determination are crucial
