Your task will be to represent Global Career Center.com in the sale of our online services to employers and recruitment agencies in your assigned territory (in most cases local to you). As an independent sales representative you are "independent" which means selling your way, however, we will have a weekly sales meeting to review the top 10 prospects that week and how we can assist you in closing the sale. Being independent also means you are responsible for your own expenses. Typically, these costs are limited to your telephone charges, however can vary depending on how you manage your program. In return you will be given a commission of 20% to 25% of all sales.
