Your challenge is to ensure that there are always a ready pool of good IT candidates available to meet our clients’ requirements and able to match the right candidates (resumes) with the requirements provided by our clients. In addition, you must be able to negotiate with the candidates on their working terms and conditions.
Your responsibilities :
Job Matching
Actively conduct technical interviews.
Matching the right talent with the right position(s).
Presenting candidates to clients.
Performing related administrative functions.
Arrange for candidate’s interview with clients.
Requirements:
Education
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies/ Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
Experience in employment agency, executive search, human resource staffing or consulting firm will be advantage
Min. 1 year of experience in recruiting IT Professionals
Past experience with recruitment activities (like shortlisting candidates, telephony/ face to face interviews, references check, technical test, etc) and employment matter (like staffs welfare, EP application, formal documentation) will be advantages.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Personal Traits
Pro-active when dealing with customer’s expectations (fast turn-around time and quality matching).
Highly self-motivated individual with excellent enterprising traits
Good track record in recruiting IT Professionals
Good command of English (written and oral)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self independent and able work as a team
Excellent working attitude
