Responsibilities:
Consistently identify and develop new business contacts
Liaise with existing and new clients on potential job orders or requirements
Maintain a good relationship between on-site staff and clients
Source for right candidates based on client’s job requirement(s)
Requirements:
Education
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies / Sales & Marketing discipline or equivalent.
Experience
Excellent prospecting, presentation and negotiation skills
Wide contacts with Multinational or Large Local Companies (especially the IT and HR personnel), preferably those with good sales track record for IT services/products or with past experience in an employment agency, executive search, human resource staffing or consulting firm.
Sound knowledge of IT/ IS and able to conduct some interviews
Past experience preparing tender and sales quotation will be advantage

Highly self-motivated individual
Good command in English (written and oral)
Result oriented with excellent enterprising attributes.
Possess an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Self independent and able work as a team
Excellent working attitude
Remuneration
