BE/MCA. Advanced degree/diploma/certification in software quality would be preferred.
4-5 years experience in software development and/or Quality Assurance 2 years in a SEPG function. Should have sound knowledge of SEI-CMM based practices, process definition, process implementation, testing methodologies and tools, and usage of statistical control techniques.
