Job Title WELL SITE GEOLOGISTDepartment/RESERVOIR DEVELOPMENT Reporting To: Senior Production Geologist/Reservoir Development Manager
Job PurposeSupervise and report on all geological, logging and geophysical operations at the well site, Cheleken block, Offshore Turkmenistan to ensure that drilling programmes are carried out efficiently according to plan and within AFE. Also report on other drilling activities, as required.
Job Dimensions· Total no. of staff: 2 well site geologists required to work back to back based principally in Cheleken, or occasionally in Dubai, as required. · Supervise G&G operations on 9 planned development wells to be drilled between May 2002 to mid 2004 and logging operations during workover of existing production wells during 2002.
Minimum 10 years experience preferably in Caspian Sea
