Preferably, the instructors will come from the FFA curriculum. Each farmer basically has no experience in modern farming techniques. The instructors must also be experienced in operating the combines as they will be the operators during the custom combining period.
-FFA Instructor for 5 years
-has full curriculum for teaching the growing of corn and soy beans using modern equipment.
-experience in areas where corn and soy beans are the major crops.
-having a foreign language is a plus
-experience in operating a John Deer 9400 Combine
