Position 1 : Lotus Notes Administrators
Requirements :
1) A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2) At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in Enterprise environment.
3) Experience in administering large number of Lotus Notes/Domino servers, creation of User Accounts, Technical and User support.
4) Lotus Scripting experience is beneficial.
5) Experience in Release upgrade (R4.X to R5) will be beneficial.
6) MS Exchange, NT and Sun Solaris administration experience will be beneficial.
7) CLS/CLP preferred.
8) Good communication and inter-personal skills.
9) Immediate availability.
Job Duties
1) To provide Technical support to end users and Application Developers
2) To create User Accounts
3) To install, configure and support existing and new Lotus Notes/Domino Servers
4) To pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose and rectify Lotus Notes/Domino Servers related problems
5) To carry out performance tuning
6) To plan and perform release upgrade(s). To perform patch upgrades (scheduled basis)
7) To assist in new project implementations
8) To do scripting to automate related processes
9) To carry out Systems, Database and Network administrations, as when necessary.
Position 2 : Lotus Notes Developers
Requirements :
1) A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
2) At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably on major implementations.
3) Proficient in Lotus Notes/Domino programming / scripting.
4) CLS/CLP preferred.
5) Web based experience is beneficial.
6) Good communication, written and inter personal skills.
7) Singaporean or Singapore PR.
8) Immediate availability.
Job Duties :
a) To study, analyze, design and develop business systems

c) To maintain and support the systems
d) To provide user training on the systems
e) To liaise with end-users to ensure that the system delivery meets business specifications.
