Job Responsibilities:
Kitchen team manager, hiring and supervision of local staff
Management of menu planning, preparation and service the site operations (kitchens, cafeterias, housekeeping, laundry and storage)
Hygiene control, food purchasing, cost control, food stock management, quality control
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hotel or catering management as chief cook.
Experience in the catering industry on oil & gas, construction site or other related projects in emerging markets
Working experience in similar positions and preferably in Asia or emerging countries
Result-oriented, interpersonal sensitivity, leadership as well a determination are crucial
