35K-50K Process Engineer for manufacturer of avionic electrical components with 2 or 4 year degree in Electronics or Elec. Engineering. Will work in the mfg area to oversee tooling support, design and fabrication, materials selection and equipment preventative maintenance and support. Will also develop new processes and optimize old processes. May travel to vendor sites to help with new product development. Hiring process includes: Supply 3 professional / personal references, Pass Basic written exam in electronics, criminal background check and drug test.
45-60K Failure Analysis Engineer (same mfg as above). Needs BA/BS in Elec. Eng. or Electronics. Must have in-depth knowledge of electronics and PC boards. 24-26K Collector for electronics distributor. Must have strong business collections experience, 2 year degree, and flexibility to work a rotating schedule of 1 to 2 nights a week to 8:00 PM for West Coast calling. MONTHLY BONUS based upon production.

36-45K Internal Auditor (same firm as above) Responsibilities include conducting / coordinating acquisition related financial analysis & due diligence, real estate development financial analysis, financial & operational restaurant audits, and corporate audits. Must have BA in accounting and min 2 years exp in public accounting or corporate accounting department. Peoplesoft preferred. There is 20% travel required.
50K++ Human Resources Manager for mfg. Must have degree in HR or related field with 3-5 years management exp and 5 years in a mfg environment. Safety involvement / technical training experience or knowledge required. Successful candidate will be proactive and able to communicate / advise department managers and stay involved in production workforce environment. Be warned - painfully slow hiring process involves phone screen, conference call, personal on-site interview with a group, another on-site interview with corporate.
