Our major client has immediate contract opening (3 to 6 months) for a Call Centre Professional - Remedy Action Request System. The requirements and job duties are :
1) At least 1 to 2 years working experience on Remedy ARS and/or Remedy Web.
2) Proficient in Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, ASP and/or ActiveX
3) SDLC experience.
4) Good communication and inter personal skills.
5) A diploma / degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
6) Immediate availability.
Job Duties
1) To study, analyze, design, develop, document and carry out testing of the application programs using the Remedy System.
2) To provide end-user training
3) To integrate with existing Application Systems
4) To work closely with vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications
