Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Managing Director, the Director of Operation will be responsible for the over all management of the individual operation team which includes Manufacturing, Engineering, QA and Materials.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Advanced degree in engineering or MBA will be an advantage.
*Experience within an international manufacturing environment is required, preferably telecommunication, data communication or optical communication measurement.
*A good oral and written English communication skill is a must.
*Able to communicate in Mandarin or German is a plus
