Requirements :
1) At least 3 years relevant working experience on Server & Desktop Hardware, MS Windows 2000, MS Win NT 4.0, Windows Workstation, Win 9x / 2000 Professional and/or NetWare in an Enterprise or Regional environment. Unix experience will be beneficial.
2) Experience on Citrix, Legato, SMS, Veritas, MS Exchange 5.5/2000 / Lotus Notes Server.
3) Experience installing and configuring Compaq, HP, IBM and/or Dell Desktops and Servers (especially on RAID and Clustering).
4) Able to install and configure LAN equipment (Network PCs, Printers, etc).
5) Experience on Routers, Switches, Hubs and Structured cabling, IIS, Firewall or SAN will be beneficial.
6) CSE, MCSE (2000) and/or CCNP preferred.
7) Good communication and inter-personal skills
8) Self-independent and able to work as a team
9) Diploma or Degree Holders
Job Duties :
1) To implement and support Server, NOS and LAN infrastructure.
2) To provide end-user telephone and on-site support.
3) Install and configure new desktop and printer servers
4) Install and configure Lotus Notes or MS Exchange, browsers and standard off the shelf software.
5) To perform systems and network performance tuning and capacity planning.
6) To pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose and rectify systems and network related problems.
7) Backup Operations
8) Evaluation and recommendation of network tools and products
9) Documentation and provide user-training.
