We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team to work at a Foreign Multinational Company. Basic Requirements
1) At least 6 months experience on PC Hardware, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation and/or Netware, Standard Software.
2) Good communication (especially telephony), inter-personal and written skills.
3) Customer and service oriented.
4) Able to work in fast paced environment.
5) Able to work independently and in a team.
6) Posses positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.
7) Fresh ITE/Diploma graduates with good computer skills are also welcome to apply.

Job Duties
1) Provide end-user telephone and on-site support (if necessary).
2) Logging of helpdesk calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions.
3) Trouble-shoot PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation, Win 2000, Standard Software, Lotus Notes Clients, In-house Applications and Browser problems.
4) Management of Structured Cabling System and Network Devices.
5) Adhere to the Helpdesk and End-user Support Service Levels at all time.
