We are looking for suitable candidates (Executive Level – contract positions; Supervisory Level – permanent position) to join our team to work at bank and Foreign MNCs. Basic Requirements
1) At least 2- 3 years experience on PC Hardware, MS Windows ME 2000, MS Win NT Workstation and/or Netware, Standard Software. Server and networking experience will be beneficial. Those with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience will be considered for the Supervisor (permanent) position.
2) Able to install and configure LAN systems (Network PCs, Printers, etc).
3) Able to trouble-shoot desktop and LAN related problems
4) Good communication and inter-personal skills
5) Self-independent and able to work as a team
6) ITC or Diploma Holders
Job Duties
1) To provide on-site end-user support.
2) Trouble-shoot PC Hardware, Printer, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation or Netware, AS/400 Client Access and Standard Software problems.
3) Install and configure new desktop and printer servers
4) Install and configure Lotus Notes or MS Exchange clients, browsers and standard off the shelf software.
5) Asset tagging and update of databse.
6) Relocation of IT equipment as when necessary.
7) Systems upgrade and documentation.
