Career in Japan! Maruhon has an entry-level position opening in our International
Business Development Division with a minimum five year contract. The individual will
assist in the investigation, negotiation, and purchase of wood/building products from
around the world for sale in Japan. Extended purchasing trips overseas are possible.
If Japanese language skills are sufficient, the individual will also assist with sales in
Japan. Other responsibilities will include the preparation of promotional material and
the development of new product lines and specifications. Intermediate Japanese
language skills and familiarity with Japanese culture required. Must be able to write
very well in English, other language skills a plus.
