Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the General Manager - Business Operation, you will be required to plan, organize, direct and control the sales operations to achieve optimum profit
2. Understand market dynamic, study the present need and project future requirement.
3. Provide marketing feedback to Sales & Marketing Department and jointly develop marketing strategies, product development and distribution strategies.
4. You will lead our dedicated and enthusiastic Chinese sales team.
Requirements
1. Degree / Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Business Administration (Marketing) or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years or more relevant sales experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Electronics Industry.
3. Knowledge in IC / PCB Design, OrCAD, Cadence, Protel, PADs, Zuken, Mentor Graphics Software an advantage. Good leadership, interpersonal skills and able to work in a team.
4. Must be willing to Station in Shenzhen China and travel within China
.
