Our client (a foreign Multinational Company) has an immediate requirement for a experience CMM Consultant (6-month contract or longer). Responsibilities :
You are expected to provide sound advice to the practitioners and the management. You should have the ability to analyze and identify processes to be developed or improved, enhance the software-engineering development methodologies, evaluate productivity tools, define standards and guidelines, procedures and templates for the company. You are also required to enhance and maintain the company’s xxxx in line with the company’s ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications (Bs quality management system, perform quality audits on projects / functions and run training and awareness programs.
You will lead your team members and company staff to higher level of efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be involved in the company’s BS7799 ISMS and SEI-CMM initiatives.
Requirements :
1. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
2. Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience in software development life
cycle, process improvement, consulting and auditing.
3. Candidates who possessed relevant professional certification such as CQA would
be preferred.
4. Knowledge in Data Centre and Network operations, IS security and CMM
programs would be advantageous.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
