AREA MANAGER ASIA PACIFIC
-Based in Paris-
Responsible for the development of the highly strategic Asia Pacific market, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with subsidiaries and distribution channels ensuring their quality and efficiency : negotiate contracts, prospect new partners, increase the performance of existing ones and ensure they apply the commercial and marketing strategy as set by Christian Dior Montres-Stylos/
Represent both the name and reputation of Christian Dior and increase brand awareness.
Establish financial objectives, annual expenditure and assume responsibility for budget planning. Maximise profit and sales margins.
Conduct competitor analysis, reassess price policies and identify growth opportunities.
Develop the strategic marketing plans for the Asia Pacific region by undertaking market studies to identify customer behaviour patterns.
Your Profile:
Graduated from a top business or MBA school.
5 – 7 years experienc.e in an international commercial function
Extensive knowledge of the Asia Pacific region.
Experience in or knowledge of luxury goods .
Fluent English and French. Knowledge of Japanese or any other Asian language is an asset.
Flexible as the position involves a lot of travel.
In addition, you have leadership potential, are able to work autonomously and have a technical sensibility towards product development.
