Job Description

Job Title:Front Office IT Support / Project Manager

Yrs of Experience:Ideally 3-5 years

DUE TO THE URGENCY OF THIS ROLE, PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO LOCALLY BASED CANDIDATES!

Main function of the job:

Support and Management of several trading systems primarily focused on Equities & Futures & Options order & execution systems

· Project Management and Implementation of small to medium scale projects;
· Deployment and configuration of in-house applications;
· Providing 1st line support to internal users and managing implementation of enhancements to fix these problems;
· The possibility of team leadership responsibilities after a short period.

Skills Required
· Good experience in UNIX (Solaris);
· Some Sybase or Oracle;
· Must be customer Service Focused;
· Have excellent communication skills;
· Have experience of Capital Markets (ideally Equities & Exchange traded F&O);
. Fluency in English is a requirement & Japanese language skills are highly desirable.

This person will probably be working in a similar role at another financial institution and looking to take the next step up the ladder.
