We have immediate contract openings with MNCs and Major IT Vendors (subject to extension).
Basic Requirements
1) At least 2-3 years experience on PC Hardware, MS Windows ME 2000, MS Win NT Workstation and/or NetWare, Standard Software.
2) Able to install and configure LAN systems (Network PCs, Printers, etc).
3) Able to trouble-shoot Compaq deskpro, Compaq Presario series and Proliant Enterprise servers
4) Able to trouble-shoot desktop and LAN related problems
5) Good communication and inter-personal skills
6) Self-independent and able to work as a team
7) ITC or Diploma Holders
Job Duties
1) To provide end-user telephone and on-site support.
2) Trouble-shoot PC Hardware, Printer, MS Win 9X, MS Win NT Workstation or Netware, Standard Software problems.
3) Install and configure new desktop and printer servers
4) Install and configure Lotus Notes or MS Exchange clients, browsers and standard off the shelf software.
