DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Problem Resolution: Work in the SAP knowledge Center to solve user problems. Problems in specialist area will be automatically routed via workflow. Build a framework for key information to be gathered for the problem solution process and formalize this in the form of a checklist. Transfer SAP knowledge to SAP agents and perform SAP quality assurance for basis specific solution. Perform root cause analysis for SAP Basis and update Knowledge Center data warehouse with quality assured proactive resolutions.
SKILLS REQUIRED AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal relations skills. Extensive experience in a support role, Analytical skills to examine problem scenarios and generate generic solution approaches. Very good communication, presentation, and moderations skills. Willing and able to transfer knowledge to Saudi Aramco Staff. 2+ years experience of SAP BASIS experience with SAP R/3 3.1 and higher. Extensive experience in CTS Administration, CCMS, Backup/Recovery, and Client Administration. Extensive experience with maintaining /troubleshooting R/3 systems. Ability to detect performance bottleneck and possible problem areas. Ability to distinguish between technical and configuration problem. Ability to adapt quickly to the project and production specific R/3 environment and work in a team driven environment. Excellent UNIX skills. Experienced Oracle database administration with extensive experience in db tuning, backup recovery and maintenance.
DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT:
Has preferably done at least one upgrade (3.1 or higher). Preferably good knowledge about the Sun Solaris OS, and knowledge
