My name is Heath R. burkhalter. Currently, I am seeking to market my skills internationally. I have been an International independant Contractor/Consultant since 1995. Prior to that I served 8 years in the US armed Forces. My military background includes; R.O.T.C. officer training, over 600 credit hours of combat medical training, certified in Nuclear-Biological-chemical defensive Course, 3 years with rapid deployment forces, Persian Gulf War Veteran with the 101st Airborne Division on the front lines, and 2 years working with special operations units such as Special Forces, Navy SEALs and delta force. My Independant contractor background includes:
